Meet Our Service Managers

Kim McCreadie 
Service Manager - Prescott

Kim was born in Pamona, California and raised in Chino Hills, California. She is married to our Prescott Valley Service Manager and has 3 children and 2 dogs. She and her husband recently relocated to the Prescott area. She has been in the RV industry for over 16 years as a service advisor, warranty and as a Service and Parts Manager. In her spare time she likes listening to music, cooking and boating. Kim enjoys getting to know her customers and getting them taken care of.

Jesse Lee 
Body Shop/Collision Manager - Prescott

Jesse was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He likes to Kayac, listen to music and do photogrophy in his spare time. Jesse enjoys the fast pace of the service department and enjoys working with great people.

James McCreadie 
Service Manager - Prescott Valley

James was born in Anaheim, California and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. He is married to our Prescott Service Manager and has three children. In his spare time he enjoys boating, camping, Nascar, wood working and spending time with his family. He has been in the RV industry for over 20 years. James feels the challenge of the industry is very rewarding and he loves helping solve peoples problems.

Mark Richey 
Service Advisor

Mark was born and raised in Glendale, Arizona. He is an 8 year Army Vet. He is maried to his soulmate, has 8 children and 12 grandchildren. He enjoys golf, horseback riding, camping, hiking and motorcycles in his spare time. Mark enjoys the company culture here and has owned several RV's over the years.

Conner Robertson
RVTI Certified Technician

Conner was born in Escondido, California and raised in Murrieta, California. In his spare time he likes to rock climb and hang out with friends and his children. Conner loves working with his hands and loves that every day he gets to work on something different.

Michael Hatfield
RVDA/RVTI Certified Service Technician

Michael was born and raised in Stockton, California. He enjoys wake boarding at Lake Pleasant in his spare time. He has been in Prescott for 8 years and enjoys the Area. Michael likes the different challenges everyday in the Service area. 

Dave Hollis
RVDA/RVTI Certified Technician

Dave was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut. He has lived in Arizona on and off for over 10 years. In his spare time likes to listen to music, camping and spending time with his family. He enjoys working on RV's and troubleshooting the problems. Dave is married and has two wonderful boys that were born here in Prescott. 

Gary Lora
Certified Porter / He will always be in our Hearts

Gary was born in Lima, Ohio and raised in Casa Grande, Arizona. His favorite thing about his job is meeting and helping customers. In his free time he likes to go 4 wheeling and race his RC cars. Gary is married and has one puppy.

Cody Hardman
RVDA/RVTI Certified Technician

Cody was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is married to his lovely wife Shannon for 14 years. He likes to hunt, fish and cook in his spare time. He is also an amateur beekeeper. Cody enjoys the challenges involved with fixing RV's and getting customers back to happy Camping. 

Debbie Rickard 
Certified Service Advisor

Debbie was born in San Francisco, California and grew up in the Bay Area. She loves the teamwork at Affinity and enjoys the challenges and helping people. She is married with four kids, thirteen grandchildren and one great grandson. Debbie loves to do family outings with her family.

Jay Hamm
RVDA/RVTI Certified Technician

Jay was born and raised in Sioux City, Iowa. He was the first and only son born to a Telegraph Operator and a Bank Teller. He has lived in many states before settling in Arizona. He was the Flying Crew Chief in the Air Force on a C-5 Galaxy. He was a Harley- Davidson Technician for 20 years. Jay has felt very welcome in the Affinity Family and plans to be a valuable part of the team for a long time to come.

Josh Pangburn
RVDA/RVTI Certified Technician

Josh was born in Inglewood, Colorado and raised in Colorado and Phoenix, Arizona. His favorite part of his job is being able to overcome new challenges each day. Josh is married and likes to camp and hunt in his spare time, he also makes a mean BBQ.

Scott Payne
RVDA/RVTI Certified Technician/Cummins Certified

Scott was born and raised in Southern California. He enjoys the people he works with as well as getting to meet so many different people and help them get back on the road. Scott is married and likes to hunt and fish in his spare time. 

Timmy Van Berkum
RVDA/RVTI Service Advisor 

Timmy was born in West Covina, California. He moved around a lot as a kid and finally ended up here in Prescott Valley, Arizona. In his spare time he likes playing with his two beautiful girls, bowling, biking and camping. Timmy really enjoys the RV lifestyle and helping customers get back on the road.
