We were towed into your facility on Monday 8/1 with a problem that left us with no power and lots of black smoke spewing from the exhaust. We arrived in our toad before the coach and were greeted by Sherry who immediately made us both feel at ease and that we were in the right place. Through the course of our stay she went out of her way to accommodate our needs, going as far as confirming a campground on our planned route to California.

Matt also relieved any stress we might have had by explaining what he was doing and keeping us informed of his progress. He manifested thoroughness and quality in his work.

Both Sherry and Matt were very patient with my questions and every employee I encountered offered a friendly greeting. Not to be overlooked, was the opportunity to stay in our motorhome with water, 50 amp service and even a cable hookup. That was really awesome customer service. I also had wi-fi service, apparently from a coffee shop across the highway. Yes, we had a breakdown and were forced to rearrange our itinerary, but your team made that unfortunate incident as pleasant as possible.
