Our service department is staffed by the best RV experts in the area, and we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service on all manner of RVing concerns. Whether you have some work that you want done to the RV, or something isn't quite working and you can't figure out why, we can help you! Just fill out our form and we will be in touch! 

We take pride in what we do and we believe in providing exceptional service for your RV, fifth wheel, diesel and gas motor homes, travel trailers, folding trailers, and truck campers . All mechanical repairs are completed on-site providing security and convenience. Both the Prescott & Prescott Valley facilities have a Service Center, and are open for your convenience Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm and Saturday 9 am - 5 pm. Our extensive Service Center includes a complete Service Department, Diesel and Gas Chassis Department, Collision and Fabrication Department, and a full Detail Department. Our technicians have certifications in LCI, LP, AC, Lippert, Norcold, Atwood and Winegard. They also are RVDA/RVTI Certified. We have a strong transient policy and will make every effort to service your RV quickly in the event of an emergency breakdown.

Our service facility consists of 4 chassis service bays, 20 technician service bays, 2 complete detail bays, and state of the art tools and diagnostic equipment to accommodate all of your service, collision, warranty and detail needs. If you are traveling through or living in your RV, don't worry our service department has full 30 or 50 amp hookups, water, cable, Wi-Fi, dump station and LP station to make your stay feel more like home. We offer complete diagnostic, service & repair.

At Affinity RV, our entire collision department team will make your priority our own. Whether it be body repair, custom fabrication, paint work or full renovations, our technicians are certified and fully qualified to satisfy all of your recreational vehicle needs. We are selected by many major insurance companies as a referred direct repair center which allows us to assist you through the insurance claim process seamlessly, from start to finish, until your RV is restored to pre-accident condition.
