Affinity RV Photo Contest 2013

Here at Affinity RV, we believe that RVers make the best memories on their trips and we would like to share this with our current and future customers. In 2012, we started holding our first photo contests.  The turnout was fantastic, with so many beautiful submissions (all of which can be seen on our Facebook page)!  We enjoyed them all so much we've decided to continue holding these seasonally.  


What we're looking for:

Photos of you and/or your family on an RV trip.  It can be in a campground, on the road, or anywhere in between, but do your best to at least get your RV in the background.  You can send up to 3 per contest, but only 1 prize is rewarded per contest.  If you have submitted more than one photo, and you are the chosen winner, you are allowing us to use all of your photo submissions for that contest.

Specifications:

The better the quality, the easier we will be able to use your submission.  However, we may be able to take advantage of lower quality photos, so send in what you've got!  Some of the best shots are taken spur-of-the-moment with a camera phone, so don't be shy! 

How to submit:

We are accepting digital photography only.  Attach your photo to an email with your name, approximately where the photo was taken, and best contact information to robynp@affinityrv.com.  If you have a physical photograph that you would like to submit, you must scan it to your computer and send it via email.  No inappropriate or offensive material will be accepted or acknowledged.  The winning photo(s) will be featured in an upcoming monthly ad, and the winners will be rewarded with a $50 Visa gift card within 4-6 weeks of contact.

In the event that you are the winner, you must sign a formal release form allowing Affinity RV to use your photograph before receiving stated $50 Visa gift card reward.  If there is refusal to sign, or we are unable to contact you regarding the release, we will move on to the second-place winner.

Even if you are not the chosen winner to be featured in an advertising campaign, we would like to post your photos to a gallery on our website as well as a photo album on our Facebook page.  We feel that it's important for people to see just how much fun the RV lifestyle can be!  By submitting, you are allowing Affinity RV to use your submission for gallery display purposes only on our website and Facebook.
